wo guys, a flat-top, and a £200 Wagamama grinder in the corner of Unit 23. We didn't plan a brand. We planned tacos. The brand is what happened when the queue wouldn't go away.
Three years on we're still in the same shipping container, still serving birria from a styrofoam tray, still putting consommé in a plastic pot. Things we will not do: gourmet plates, soft tortillas from a packet, or stop swearing on Instagram. Come get it!
